一、本競賽係由本館與永續能源跨域應用人才培育計畫辦公室共同主辦，邀請全國各國中學生以永續能源應用、淨零排放、能源有效利用及節能等與「永續能源」主題相關作品參賽。
二、參賽隊伍可跨校報名，惟不可跨教育等級組隊。
三、每隊伍最多 4 名學生，得獎隊伍將獲頒獎金及教育部獎狀。
四、本競賽列為教育部十二年國民基本教育免試入學超額比序全國性競賽參考項目，適用自 114 學年度入學高級中等學校之學生，敬請鼓勵師生參賽。
