一、依據本市 110 年客語能力認證獎勵計畫辦理。
二、客家委員會 110 年度客語能力初級認證（全國認證及多梯次認證第九梯次）將於 110 年 11 月 30 日起寄發合格證書，凡報名時「通訊地址」欄位填報「臺南市」通過認證者，請於申請期限內，檢具前掲獎勵計畫附件及相關證明，郵寄或親送本府客家事務委員會文教推廣科申請。
三、檢附「臺南市 110 年客語能力認證獎勵計畫」1 份。
