說明：
一、依據臺南市童軍會 110 年 11 月 17 日南市童字第 1100000057 號函辦理。
二、旨揭獎學金申請案，請檢附 109 學年度上、下學期成績單(以分數列等)正本備審，以利童軍節慶祝大會公開頒發，送審資料恕不退還。
三、各校團推薦人員必須辦妥 109 年度、 110 年度三項登記，並於 111 年 1 月 14 日前送臺南市童軍會辦理，逾期恕不受理。
四、相關資訊已置於網站 https://ppt.cc/fCL3hx 逕至下載運用。
五、檢附童軍會原函、申請書各 1 份。
