一、依本府 114 年 6 月 18 日府人給字第 1140772222 號函辦理。
二、為簡化本府同仁申請住院醫療補助之行政流程，爰訂定旨揭申請表及自付費用明細表（如附件）供所屬各級機關學校辦理住院醫療補助申請作業使用。
三、依前揭函略以，住院醫療補助費用由本府統籌款經費「公務人員因公傷亡慰問金」項下支應；教育局及所屬機關學校由教育發展基金相關科目項下支應。本府所屬各級機關學校，請本權責受理同仁申請住院醫療補助案件，並確實辦理審核及經費核銷相關事宜。
